From shell-only builds to full turnkey projects, we offer flexible options based on how far you want us to take your build.

With more than three decades of home-building experience, Mitch brings years of hands-on knowledge to every project. At Rusted Hinge Cottage Company LLC, the goal is simple: build what the customer wants and provide personal service throughout the process.

Building a home, cabin, barndominium, or pole building is a big investment. Mitch works directly with his customers from the beginning, taking the time to understand their property, their plans, and what they want from their build.

Tell us about your property and what you're looking to build. We'd be happy to talk through your ideas and see how we can help.
